What is My Aged Care?

My Aged Care is the Australian Government’s central entry point for aged care services. It helps older Australians access practical supports to maintain independence, stay safe at home, and receive quality care.

Through My Aged Care, you may be eligible for:

  • Home Care Packages (Levels 1–4) - tailored, long-term care at home.
  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) - entry-level help with daily tasks.
  • Residential aged care - for when living at home is no longer possible.
  • Short-term care - respite, restorative programs, or transition after hospital stays.
