Kristie
Support Worker | Registered Nurse | Clinical Experience in Drug & Alcohol Services
Kristie joined Diverge Supports in May 2025 and brings a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse, with specific experience supporting clients through the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Advisory Service. Her calm, professional manner and participant-centred approach are central to the high-quality care she provides. Kristie is known for her flexibility, reliability and is happy to travel to support participants as needed. Her medical expertise and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the team, particularly in complex care environments where trust and consistency are key.

Julie
Support Worker
Retired Registered Nurse
A retired Registered Nurse with extensive experience in complex medical care, Julie brings a calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate presence to their support work. They typically work around 12 hours per week and are known for building strong, trusting relationships with clients, many of whom speak highly of her care and reliability. Outside of work, they are active in their church community, both attending and volunteering regularly. Julie makes a meaningful difference in the lives of participants with grace, skill, and kindness.

A dedicated and personable Support Worker, he brings a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care. With a Certificate III in Individual Support and hands-on experience in both in-home and complex care settings, he is skilled in assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and maintaining safe, supportive environments. He builds trusting relationships with clients and families through empathetic communication and active listening, while confidently supporting health needs, community access, and goal progression. Adaptable, reliable, and highly motivated, he is committed to enhancing each client’s wellbeing and quality of life through respectful and compassionate support.

Support Worker
A highly experienced and compassionate Lifestyle Assistant and Personal Carer, she brings over 20 years of expertise across aged care, disability, respite, and community settings. With multiple qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, and Health and Leisure, she is deeply committed to delivering person-centred, respectful support that enhances quality of life.
Her extensive experience includes personal care, medication administration, palliative care, behaviour support, meal preparation (including modified diets), and comprehensive documentation. She confidently monitors and responds to changes in clients’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring safety, dignity, and continuity of care.
Having also worked in leadership and mentoring roles, she is skilled in care planning, team coordination, activity programming, and stakeholder engagement. Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing high-quality, individualised support to people from diverse backgrounds.

Support Worker
A bright and compassionate Support Worker, she holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), she provides safe, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
She has experience supporting clients with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, household tasks, and emotional companionship, always promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Her cheerful personality, reliability, and strong communication skills enable her to build meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Support Worker
A compassionate and reliable Support Worker, he holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and has hands-on experience providing person-centred care through his placement with Hola Support. He has supported individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, community access, and recreational engagement, always working in line with individual NDIS goals and support plans.
With a strong background in team-based environments, he brings excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a solid work ethic to his role. He is passionate about promoting independence, maintaining dignity and respect, and building positive, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. Fully certified and committed to high-quality care, he is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people he supports.

Known for their calm presence and clinical insight, Cathy is committed to enhancing the wellbeing and independence of every participant they work with.

Melissa is a skilled and versatile support worker, well-regarded as a great all-rounder with a Certificate IV Disability/Aged Care qualification. Balancing support work alongside another job, Melissa brings strong time management, flexibility, and a calm, professional presence to every shift. Melissa's approachable nature and reliability make them a consistent and trusted part of the Diverge team.

Kylie is a calm, warm-natured, and experienced suppo rt worker with a passion for supporting clients with complex needs. With 9 years of experience in the health industry, she brings both professional expertise and a strong personal commitment to providing quality care. She is confident in complex care, including medication administration, stoma and catheter care, lifters and 2-person transfers, and managing challenging behaviours and mental health conditions.

Support Worker
A vibrant and dedicated Disability Support Worker, she is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances independence and wellbeing. With experience supporting participants in both one-to-one and high-care settings, she provides tailored assistance with personal care, meal preparation, community access, and daily living activities.
She is skilled in manual handling, complex care, catheter care, medication administration, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, including CPR and First Aid. Calm and capable in challenging situations, she effectively supports emotional regulation and de-escalation, helping participants feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Detail-oriented and empathetic, she is committed to fostering independence, encouraging community participation, and ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassionate care.

With experience across in-home and community settings, he provides person-centred support tailored to each participant’s goals, routines, and preferences.
He is skilled in personal care, daily living assistance, community access, and emotional support, always maintaining professional boundaries and upholding participant privacy and safety. Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams, he promotes independence, choice, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

A compassionate and highly experienced Registered Nurse, he brings over 15 years of diverse clinical and community health experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he has worked across medical-surgical units, emergency, intensive care, neonatal care, community health, and private duty nursing, delivering comprehensive, person-centred care in both hospital and home settings.
He is skilled in care planning, medication administration, wound care, immunisations, and complex clinical assessments, with a strong commitment to safety, infection control, and best-practice standards. His community health background includes home visits, health education, disease surveillance, and supporting public health initiatives.
Known for his professionalism, calm approach under pressure, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration, he is dedicated to promoting patient wellbeing, independence, and dignity through high-quality, compassionate care.

A highly experienced and compassionate Disability and Community Support Worker, she brings over 15 years of expertise across home, residential, aged care, and community settings. With multiple qualifications in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Community Services, and Dementia Care, she delivers person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to each individual’s goals and service plan.
Her extensive background includes personal care, complex needs support, dementia care, manual handling, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She has also held leadership roles, providing team coordination, rostering, client advocacy, and 24-hour care oversight. Currently providing one-on-one in-home kitchen support to NDIS participants, she empowers clients to build confidence and independence through meal planning, food preparation, and practical life skills. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused, she is committed to enhancing quality of life while upholding dignity, respect, and duty of care in every aspect of her work.

Victoria C
Support Coordinator
An experienced and passionate disability professional, she brings extensive knowledge in NDIS operations, Supported Independent Living, and capacity building. With a Certificate IV in Disability and over a decade of experience, she specialises in individualised planning, participant advocacy, and achieving meaningful outcomes aligned with personal goals.
Her background in service leadership includes staff training, coaching, risk management, and maintaining compliance across rostering, documentation, and WH&S requirements. She is highly skilled in service bookings, billing processes, and supporting participants through complex transitions and behaviour support needs.
Committed to empowering individuals to live with dignity and independence, she builds strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and external providers to ensure tailored, high-quality support.
