Support Worker - Registered Nurse

A highly experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse, Cathy brings over 25 years of nursing experience across medical, surgical, emergency, and mental health settings. With a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, she has developed extensive expertise in acute and community-based care, including over four years specialising in adult acute mental health. Cathy is known for her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high level of empathy, and strong commitment to patient safety, dignity, and wellbeing. Her experience includes working within multidisciplinary teams, adhering to the Mental Health Act, and supporting individuals with complex physical and mental health needs. Organised, professional, and meticulous in her practice, Cathy maintains up-to-date training in medication management, manual handling, and CPR. Dedicated to delivering respectful, person-centred care, she is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve improved health outcomes and quality of life.

Julie

Support Worker - Retired Registered Nurse

A highly motivated and compassionate professional, Julie brings extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, alongside a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families with care, dignity, and respect. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, she has developed exceptional skills in communication, patient education, and collaborative care within multidisciplinary teams. With a Certificate III in Individual Support and hands-on experience in both in-home and complex care settings, he is skilled in assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and maintaining safe, supportive environments. Flo builds trusting relationships with clients and families through empathetic communication and active listening, while confidently supporting health needs, community access, and goal progression. Alongside completing his Certificate III in Individual Support, Corey combines professional training with more than 19 years of lived experience supporting a close family member with severe autism and complex behavioural needs. This has given him exceptional patience, empathy, and practical skills in behaviour support, communication, and understanding the unique needs of people living with disability. Loina

Support Worker

A highly experienced and compassionate Lifestyle Assistant and Personal Carer, Loina brings over 20 years of expertise across aged care, disability, respite, and community settings. With multiple qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, and Health and Leisure, Loina is deeply committed to delivering person-centred, respectful support that enhances quality of life.

Loina's extensive experience includes personal care, medication administration, palliative care, behaviour support, meal preparation (including modified diets), and comprehensive documentation. She confidently monitors and responds to changes in clients’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring safety, dignity, and continuity of care.

Having also worked in leadership and mentoring roles, Loina is skilled in care planning, team coordination, activity programming, and stakeholder engagement. Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing high-quality, individualised support to people from diverse backgrounds.

Chairani

Support Worker

A bright and compassionate Support Worker, Chairani holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), she provides safe, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Chairani has experience supporting clients with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, household tasks, and emotional companionship, always promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Her cheerful personality, reliability, and strong communication skills enable her to build meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

A compassionate and reliable Support Worker, Paul holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and has hands-on experience providing person-centred care through his placement with Hola Support. He has supported individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, community access, and recreational engagement, always working in line with individual NDIS goals and support plans.

With a strong background in team-based environments, Paul brings excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a solid work ethic to his role. A compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker, Dhan brings over two years of experience delivering high-quality, person-centred care across home and community settings. He is committed to empowering individuals with diverse needs to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively engage in their communities while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety at all times. With multiple qualifications in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Community Services, and Dementia Care, she delivers person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to each individual’s goals and service plan.

Leeanne's extensive background includes personal care, complex needs support, dementia care, manual handling, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She has also held leadership roles, providing team coordination, rostering, client advocacy, and 24-hour care oversight. Currently providing one-on-one in-home kitchen support to NDIS participants, Leeanne empowers clients to build confidence and independence through meal planning, food preparation, and practical life skills. Victoria C

With a Certificate IV in Disability and over a decade of experience, she specialises in individualised planning, participant advocacy, and achieving meaningful outcomes aligned with personal goals.

Victoria's background in service leadership includes staff training, coaching, risk management, and maintaining compliance across rostering, documentation, and WH&S requirements. She is highly skilled in service bookings, billing processes, and supporting participants through complex transitions and behaviour support needs.

Committed to empowering individuals to live with dignity and independence, Victoria builds strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and external providers to ensure tailored, high-quality support.

Aureo

Support Worker | Registered Nurse

A compassionate and highly experienced Registered Nurse, Aureo brings over 15 years of diverse clinical and community health experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he has worked across medical-surgical units, emergency, intensive care, neonatal care, community health, and private duty nursing, delivering comprehensive, person-centred care in both hospital and home settings.

Aureo is skilled in care planning, medication administration, wound care, immunisations, and complex clinical assessments, with a strong commitment to safety, infection control, and best-practice standards. Support Worker

With a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, she has been supporting individuals with complex needs since 2017, alongside extensive experience in community programs and client advocacy. Helen's diverse career spans disability support, SIL environments, community services, and program coordination, where she has supported individuals to build independence, access services, and achieve meaningful life outcomes.
